Counsel and Risk Management Specialist

Sarah's main responsibilities include health center technical assistance, planning and board development, and she acts as a liaison and coordinator in assisting centers seeking diversified funding opportunities.

Her position enhances CHAD's ability to support membership and safety net providers serving low-income, geographically isolated, minority, homeless and migrant populations in North and South Dakota.

Sarah holds a bachelors degree in business from Northern State University and a juris doctorate degree from the University of South Dakota School of Law. She is an attorney and is a member of the South Dakota Bar Association.
