Director of Health Center Support and Public Policy

Paula's primary responsibilities include directing the activities of the Health Center Development and Support Section, monitoring and advocating for healthcare legislation, community development, and public awareness of current health issues.

Paula joined the staff in October 1999 as a program administrator and has since moved to her current role with health center support and public policy.

She has held positions with the South Dakota Department of Health including community development coordinator in the Office of Public Health Alliance.
