Clinical Quality Specialist

Ann Skoglund joined the Community Healthcare Association of the Dakotas in April of 2006 as the Clinical Quality Specialist.  In this role she serves members on matters related to quality improvement through technical assistance on evidence-based best practices, facilitation of a clinician user group, and coordination of health information technology and training for the Health Disparities Collaboratives concepts and measures. 

Previously, Ann served as the State Coordinator for Montana, North Dakota and South Dakota with the Texas Association of Community Health Centers.  Her primary responsibility was as the Health Disparities Collaboratives Coordinator for 25 health center teams; providing training, technical assistance, and feedback on chronic disease management and patient registry systems. 

Ann holds a bachelors in arts in nursing from Augustana College in Sioux Falls, SD, and is a registered nurse licensed in South Dakota.
