CHAD staff hand-delivered the OC3 manuals to community health centers in North and South Dakota starting on April 8, 2008. Remaining CHAD staff were available through videoconference to give a basic orientation of the manuals and answer any questions.
The four manuals included in the set are compliance and performance improvement, health information technology, human resources, and management and operations. The manuals are also available in an electronic format.
