Receptionist. Job duties will include answering a multi-line phone system, taking messages, scheduling appointments, assisting patients, entering patient encounter information, maintaining fax/copy machine, taking payments for services and applying as necessary, participating in quality management process and other duties as assigned.
Experience/Education: Applicant must be able to perform job duties satisfactorily. A minimum of a high school diploma or general education degree (GED), one to three months related experience, or a combination of education and experience. Previous medical office experience preferred.

Business Office Manager. This position will supervise business office staff and provide direction. Must be knowledgeable in all aspects of medical billing, terminology, and coding. Work collaboratively with and serve as a liaison between administration and general staff. Excellent communication and prioritizing skills necessary. Keep current with regulatory and procedure updates. Assist with reports to maintain federal funding as requested. Update policy, procedures and forms when necessary. Train employees on job functions and information management system applications.
