was presented with her citizenship certificate on August 29, 2008, by the Honorable Charles S. Miller, Jr., and Herminia Ewalt, adjudications officer with the US Citizenship and Immigration Services at the North Dakota Capitol in Bismarck, ND.
She was joined by her husband and two children and also by Melissa Craig, Shelly Hegerle, and Karen Larson with the Community HealthCare Association of the Dakotas.
Congratulations to Patricia on her accomplishment of becoming a United States citizen!
