Course Components:  This course includes a balance of face-to-face, virtual, group, and one-on-one educational and networking components, including:

• Wednesday, April 24 to Friday, April, 26, 2013:  three day in-person training includes daily breakfasts and breaks plus two lunches
• May-June 2013:  one-on-one coaching calls between lead trainer and each participant (one per participant, approximately 30 minutes each) to address individual challenges and encourage ongoing professional growth
• May-June 2013 (date TBD):  conference call check-in with participants to answer questions, share experiences, and reinforce learning
• April 2013 forward:  LinkedIn discussion group restricted to course participants to facilitate ongoing networking (optional)
