The Community HealthCare Association of the Dakotas (CHAD) is a nonprofit membership organization that serves as the state primary care association for community health centers (CHC) in North and South Dakota. CHAD's mission is "asssuring high-quality health care through public policy and community-driven health services."
CHAD staff supports CHCs through training and technical assistance in a wide variety of areas and provides information to Congress on the impact of health-related bills to health care access at the state and federal level.
Health Care Access
CHAD works with community leaders to find solutions to health care access. CHCs provide access to care for everyone regardless of their insurance coverage or financial status in areas of the Dakotas that face provider shortages. Use the interactive map to find CHC clinic sites in the Dakotas.
