Human Resources Specialist
Shelly joined CHAD in December 2005 filling a new position as human resources specialist. Her primary duties include providing human resource
information, resources, and guidance to member clinics and as human resource coordinator for CHAD employees.
Previously, Shelly served as the area human resource administrator for Midwest Coca-Cola Bottling Company. Her primary responsibilities were as the human resource support person for the nine sales centers covering North Dakota, northern South Dakota, and western Minnesota.
Shelly holds a masters certification in human resources from the University of Mary in Bismarck, ND and a bachelor of science degree in business administration from North Dakota State University in Fargo, ND.
Shelly lives in Bismarck with her husband and two children.
