CHAD's Health Center Controlled Network (HCCN) exists to improve operational effectiveness and clinical quality in health centers through the provision of management, financial, technology, and clinical support services.
Current project goals include:
-
Assist community health center partners in reaching health information technology operability.
-
Develop a secure, robust, and scalable network health information infrastructure.
-
Assist member community health centers with achievement of meaningful use and improvement of patient health outcomes.
The Clinical and IT HCCN workgroups meet on a monthly basis to work towards achieving these goals as a network.
