To assist community health centers (CHCs) in achieving operational effectiveness, a network of clinic managers and staff meet bi-monthly to receive training and share best practices on front office topics. The front office network is organized and facilitated by CHAD's Financial Services Specialist through meetings, webinars, trainings, on-site visits and email messages. CHAD offers Front Office services support in the following areas:

  • Sliding fee scale programs as required by HRSA
  • Patient registrations and insurance verifications
  • Customer Service training
  • Orientation programs for new employees of front office
