The Community HealthCare Association of the Dakotas (CHAD) is a 501(c)3 membership organization serving as the Primary Care Association for North and South Dakota.

Enhance access to quality primary care through services to our members.
To be recognized as the premier Primary Care Association in expanding access to and delivery of affordable primary care in rural and frontier states.
Who We Serve
CHAD works with Community Health Center (CHC) members and other community leaders to find solutions for improving healthcare options in areas of the Dakotas that need it most.
CHAD supports 11 Community Health Centers (CHCs) in North and South Dakota through training, technical assistance, and advocacy. CHAD has supported the efforts of CHCs, which offer a unique model of high quality, cost-effective patient centered primary care, for over 25 years.
